Shipping Terms

Shipment services operate Monday to Friday, closed on official bank holidays. Delivery countdown commences upon receipt of your shipment confirmation email.
No modifications to delivery address, shipping service, item type, quantity, size or colour can be processed post order confirmation.
Our primary carriers include FedEx, USPS, EMS and DHL; orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. Stock shortages or extraordinary events may lead to shipment hold-ups.
Import taxes and customs duties may be levied by local authorities in certain regions upon delivery. All customs charges are the purchaser’s liability and non-refundable regardless of subsequent returns. We consolidate multiple orders to cut down your tax costs.
